This Shiraz is inspired by Carol, who loves everything sweet in life. As well as looking after our cellar door guests, Carol also nurtures our roses and surrounding garden. She has a natural green thumb that turns red when she is drinking this "Cazz Shiraz"!
An exceptional Shiraz where fermentation was stopped early to retain natural fruit sweetness. Combining this with delicate red fruit flavours and silky smooth tannins, results in an easy drinking and approachable wine. Best served chilled. Enjoy with pasta, pizza or your favourite cheese selection.
